Transparency

In accordance with Article 5 and following of Law 19/2014, of December 20, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, it is reported that under the protection of those Articles 332-10 of the Civil Code of Catalonia and Article 3.5o of Law 49/2002, of 23 December, of the Tax Regime of Entities Without Lucrative Purposes and Tax Incentives to Patronage, the persons who are part of the Board of Directors of the EC SEAGULL BDN hold their positions free of charge.
